"I started Spring Publishing because I kept meeting brilliant writers who didn't know how brilliant they were — and the world was poorer for it."
Olutoyin Oladele is a seasoned editor, writing coach, and publishing strategist with over thirty years of experience across print and digital media. She founded Spring Publishing in 1991 with a simple belief: that great stories deserve the same quality of care at every stage of their journey — from the first idea to the final read.
A graduate of English Language (Obafemi Awolowo University), Olutoyin has worked with debut authors and bestselling names alike. She is passionate about youth development, child protection and capacity building for women. Also a pastor and author, she is married with children and lives in Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria.
Work with Olutoyin →To provide writers — at every level — with the editorial expertise, publishing infrastructure, and personal encouragement they need to bring their best work into the world.
We believe a great manuscript is not just edited and published. It is listened to, understood, and championed.
